OLIVIA DAVIS

Olivia Davis began dancing at age 4 in Denton, Texas at Denton Ballet Academy before moving to the Ballet Conservatory in 2014 under the direction of Kelly Lannin. While there, Olivia was also a member of LakeCities Ballet Theatre, where she performed in many full-length ballets including The Nutcracker, Giselle, Coppelia, Dracula, and Cinderella, as well as Peter and the Wolf, Jules Perrot’s Pas de Quatre, and George Balanchine’s Serenade, where she danced the role of Waltz Girl. Olivia has placed in the top 12 and top 24 at Youth American Grand Prix at the Dallas, Texas semifinals in the both the classical and contemporary categories. She has also attended summer intensives at Pacific Northwest Ballet from 2017 to 2020, Colorado Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and Texas Ballet Theater. Most recently, Olivia was a member of the Studio Training Company at Texas Ballet Theater from 2021-2023 where she was chosen to perform with the company in Ben Stevenson’s The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Alice in Wonderland, as well as Tim O’ Keefe’s Peter and the Wolf and George Balanchine’s Serenade. This is Olivia’s first season with Ballet North Texas.
