Jenna began her ballet training at the age of 4 with Boehm Ballet in Wichita Falls, Texas under the direction of Patricia Thorton and Gary Boehm. She then joined Wichita Falls Ballet Theater, and later Wichita Falls Youth Ballet under the direction of Valentine and Mishic Liberatore. During her time there, Jenna had the opportunity to perform roles such as the Sleeping Beauty Wedding Pas de Deux, soloist in Chopiniana, and The Nutcracker. Jenna has also received training with Texas Ballet Theater School under Leticia Olivera. She attended summer courses at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet under Marcia Dale Weary, as well as Kansas City Ballet School under Grace Holmes on partial scholarship. She had the privilege of competing in the Youth America Grand Prix, in which she placed in the top 24 of the Women’s Senior Classical Category. Jenna joined Ballet North Texas as a trainee in 2019, was promoted to apprentice in 2020, and has been promoted to a company member in 2021. During her time at Ballet North Texas, Jenna has enjoyed performing various roles with the company. These include corps roles in pieces choreographed for Night On the Trinity, Mizrah by Nicolina Lawson, Marzipan in The Nutcracker, as well as Spring Fairy in Cinderella. In addition to training and performing, Jenna has had the unique joy of sharing ballet and piano with the students of North Texas Conservatory since 2019.
