Resources and Education through Art for Community Harmony
In support of the mission and vision of Ballet North Texas and North Texas Conservatory, we seek to provide Resources and Education through Art for Community Harmony, ie. R.E.A.C.H.
R.E.A.C.H. programs will partner with local and national organizations to promote dance and music as a fundamental value of education and have a positive impact on the lives of many.
REFUGEE R.E.A.C.H.
Refugee R.E.A.C.H. is proudly partnered with Refugee Services of Texas to provide Creative Movement classes to our refugee's children and families as a source of healing and growth.

EMPOWER AND ADAPTIVE R.E.A.C.H.
Empower R.E.A.C.H. and Adaptive R.E.A.C.H. are dedicated to making dance accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities, special needs, and families facing financial barriers. Through inclusive, individualized instruction, we provide a safe, supportive environment where students can grow in confidence, creativity, social and motor skills, and artistic expression.
Ballet North Texas is committed to ensuring every student has the opportunity to experience the transformative power of dance through adaptive classes, sensory-friendly performances, scholarships, and community performance opportunities.

CITY R.E.A.C.H.
City R.E.A.C.H. functions to provide direct contact to our city via dance and music. Ballet North Texas, via Vettix.com, is actively involved in supplying veterans and their families, Boys and Girls Clubs, and Refugee
Services of Texas with free admission to any performances. BNT also holds school performances for socially and economically challenged school districts.

HOPE R.E.A.C.H.
Hope R.E.A.C.H provides opportunities for children and families in hospitals with a positive experience to see and enjoy the beauty of ballet. We are proud to partner with Crafting for a Cure’s “Smiles for All” program to bring a ray of hope to these children and their families.

THEATER EXPERIENCE
A professional performance space is recommended for this production. Ballet North Texas can provide and install our portable Marley dance floor if needed, or the venue may provide a suitable Marley surface. If the venue supplies the flooring, a site visit may be required to ensure it is appropriate for the performance.
This package includes full costumes, props, and scenic elements to create a complete theatrical experience. Dancers perform in pointe shoes, and the full choreography is presented as originally staged.
Minimum performance space: 18' × 24'
Production Value: $1500
PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE
Ballet North Texas can provide and install our portable Marley dance floor if needed, or the venue may provide a suitable Marley surface. If the venue supplies the flooring, a site visit may be required to ensure it is appropriate for the performance.
This package includes full costumes, props, and scenic elements. Dancers perform in pointe or flat shoes, as determined by the artistic staff and the performance environment. Some choreography may be adapted to accommodate the venue and ensure dancer safety, including modifications to jumps, lifts, or other technical elements.
Recommended performance space: 18' × 24'
Production Value: $900
COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE
This package is designed for venues where a Marley dance floor is not available. Performances take place on the venue's existing floor, and choreography is thoughtfully adapted to suit the performance surface while prioritizing dancer safety.
Dancers perform in full costumes and flat shoes, allowing audiences to enjoy a professional Ballet North Texas performance in a variety of community settings. Choreography may be modified to accommodate the venue, including adjustments to jumps, lifts, and other technical elements.
Production value: $500
Ballet North Texas outreach performances are tailored to each venue to provide the highest-quality experience while ensuring the safety of our dancers. Performance packages are based on the venue's available performance space and flooring, allowing us to adapt each production without compromising artistic excellence.
Complimentary or reduced-cost performances may be available on a limited basis, with priority given to nonprofit organizations, community partners, and underserved communities as part of Ballet North Texas' commitment to making the arts accessible throughout North Texas.
